Track E36 | Fixing Brake Rotors

Jaylin bought this e36 about a year ago and still has not fixed his non engaging e-brake. He ripped it in the parking lot at publix thinking it would mysteriously start working again and all of a sudden, his left rear brake started screeching?!!!?
