360 g all purpose flour (3 1/4 cups)
1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt
200 g chocolate chips

1/3 c (45 g, or 5 Tbsp+1 tsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
113 g(1/2 c) unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 c+1 Tbsp (115 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
Two eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
