Butter Cookies | Valentines Day Cookies | Melt in the mouth cookies

This is an easy fool proof recipe which I've used for many years. The best melt in the mouth sugar cookie recipe. Although if you're looking for a 'No spread cookie' then I'd say no to this one. I will be uploading that one in the near future. Ingredients: 100g Butter 100g Sugar 1 egg yolk 1tsp Vanilla 200g All purpose/Plain flour 1-2 tsp water if required. A simple cookie recipe and great for kids snacking. Even though they don't hold much of they're shape I've made all sorts of shapes with these when my kids were in nursery.
