DIY: Kokedama | Water Plants | Zimmerpflanzen dekorieren | Urban Jungle Trend

Zimmerpflanzen brauchen keinen Blumentopf! David beweist es euch in unserem DIY-Video mit zwei Dekotrends: Kokedama und Water Plants. Kokedama kommt aus Japan. Der Erdballen der Pflanze wird zur Kugel geformt und in Plattenmoos gewickelt. So grünt eure Pflanzendeko von oben bis unten! Das Kokedama kommt ohne Gießen aus. Ihr könnt es regelmäßig einsprühen oder den Moosballen wässern. Die Deko für drinnen kombiniert David mit einem Kokosblatt als Dekoration zum Hängen oder mit einem Deko-Pokal. Auch ganz ohne Erde könnt ihr eure Zimmerpflanzen stilvoll in Szene setzen. Water Plants heißt dieser Trend, den wir euch als zweite Dekoidee vorstellen. David befreit dafür eine Clusia komplett von ihrer Erde und setzt sie in einer formschönen Glasvase direkt ins Wasser. So ist nicht nur allein das Grün der Zimmerpflanze ein Hingucker, auch die Wurzeln kommen gut zur Geltung. Außer der Clusia eignen sich die verschiedenen Arten der Anthurien und die Monstera Monkey Leaf besonders für diese Gestaltung. David gives you some proof in our DIY-video featuring two plant décor trends: kokedama and water plants. Kokedama is a Japanese tradition. The ball of soil is formed into a ball and covered with sheet moss for green plant décor from top to bottom! Kokedama needs no watering with a can but should be regularly sprayed with water or you should soak the moss ball. David sets the plant in a moss ball on a coco leaf as hanging décor or he puts it into a decorative cup. But you can also bring your houseplants into the spotlight without any earth whatsoever. This trend, our second décor idea, is called water plants. After having carefully cleaned the earth off, David sets a clusia plant directly into a glass vase filled with water. In this way, not only the leaves but also the roots of the plant will catch your eye. Other plants particularly suitable for hydroponic culture are, for example, various kinds of anthurium (flamingo flower) or monstera monkey leaf.
