MUGEN: Atmosphere Vs. StarLightWitch

BlackCurl's most recently released latest character, StarLightWitch. This ones quite the heavy treat for me to enjoy now isn't it? Though the character in particular reminds me of someone I've once seen before. BlackCurl really knows the definition of the word "quality" when it comes to making characters.
