Here’s a follow up to our most watched video to date: Make Shokupan | Bake Japanese Style White Bread
This time we used a different shokupan bread recipe base for these Apple Cinnamon and Cinnamon Sugar Raisin bread loaves. The results were amazing with the soft and airy texture to be expected from shokupan made even better by delicious fillings.
This is a fairly involved baking project but it's well worth the effort.
