Ocelots are one of many species in the Brazilian Pantanal that love to use giant armadillo’s burrows. They mostly use it as a thermal refuge. When it's very hot in the Pantanal, they like to take a nap inside the burrow during the day.
Leader of our giant anteater conservation project in Brazil, Arnaud Desbiez, captured this marvelous footage on a camera trap. You can learn more about how PTES is supporting Arnaud to protect giant anteaters from extinction: https://ptes.org/grants/worldwide-projects/giant-anteater-brazil/
