At , , and probably every shot for all we know, (the camera cuts away before he does this many times) he pounds rosin onto is ball over the top half over the thumb and fingers and does NOT fully wipe off any of it. He should receive ZERO for all frames he does this, per rule 4.1 "Altering the surface of the ball during a game" They need a referee to watch over this and assess penalties. Too bad Marshall's coaches and handlers did not pick this up, they would have won the protest and the match. ...
