Gateless Railroad Crossing Lights & WC Hayes Mechanical Bells (Dewey St & Belt St)

This is a private crossing that no one ever films trains at so I guess I'm the first to do it. These crossing signals are different from the others. There are four mechanical bells here, but unfotrunately you could only hear this one close to me and not the other two on the other side because it was very loud over here so I was disappointed about that. Also you couldn't hear the other bell that was connected to that pole with the one flashing light because the bell was dangling on the back side of the pole. I did tell BNSF about it and they still have not fixed the bell yet. When that bell is fixed, I was planning on coming back here to film it. One thing I did not expect was that the bells and lights turned off when the train stopped. At first I was confused why it did that, but then it made sense because people would already know theres a big train there so what's the point of the lights and bells being on the whole time.
