Cubano | Cuban sandwich | Camp Chef Explorer

Inspired by the movie "Chef" we made cubano sammiches. Marinaded pork loins in a mojo (made by Badia). Smoked on a uds, sliced and griddled on the camp stove with a castiron griddle with ham slices, then build the sammich.
