Mix Vegetable kurma _ South Indian style Veg Kurma _ Dish n Desserts

A simple and creamy mix vegetable kurma or curry recipe made with perfect blend of spices and coconut masala or mixture , in south India, the mix veg kurma is served with puri, chapati or roti. Ingredients : Oil - 1 tbsp Cabbage (chopped) - 1/4 cup Beans - 1/4 cup Carrots (cubed) Potatoes (cubed) -1/2 cup Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Rock salt - 1 tbsp Water -2 cups To be ground as paste Fresh grated coconut - 1/2 cup Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp Saunf (fennel seeds) - 1 tbsp Cashew (kaju) - 6 to 8 water -1/4 cup Green chilly - 4 to 5 Garlic cloves - 5 to 8 Coriander powder - 1 tsp Other Ingredients: Oil - 2 tbsp Dalchini (cinnamon ) - 1 stick Tejpatta (bay leaf or pualo leaf) - 2 Cloves - 6 to 8 Cardamom pods - 1/2 tsp Onion (chopped) - 1/4 cup Tomato chopped - 1/4 cup Jaggery - small piece Coriander leaves - handful Try out this easy rich and creamy vegetable kurma and do share your valuable experience and comments with us.
