[POTENTIAL DRUG INTERACTIONS] Inform your doctor and pharmacist the prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, nutritional products, and herbal supplements which you are taking, have taken within the past 14 days, or plan to take. Be sure to mention any of the following: -cancer chemotherapy medications such as doxorubicin, epirubicin, idarubicin, or mitoxantrone, cyclophosphamide, or trastuzumab; -azathioprine, cyclosporine, methotrexate, sirolimus, and tacrolimus.
