Jenna Dewan is getting candid about her struggles during the early days of motherhood after giving birth to daughter Everly. The “Step Up” star revealed life was “really difficult” because she didn’t have the support of her then-husband, Channing Tatum, who was predominantly absent due to work. “I had to travel with her and at the time, Chan wasn’t available to be with us for the most part. So, it was me, my doula, and Evie all by ourselves traveling at 6 weeks,” she shared on Monday’s episode of Dear Media’s podcast “Dear Gabby.” Dewan, 40, explained that balancing work with being a mom to now-8-year-old Everly was “really hard” because she had to be on set for long hours at a time, which gave her “a lot of postpartum anxiety.” “I did have her on set with me constantly. It was just really difficult. … It was like, I just never stopped. You know, you’re up a couple times in the night and then you’re working all day,” she recalled. “I was breastfeeding, I was pumping, I was without a partner, I mean it was just craziness.” #CelebrityCouples #PageSix #ChanningTatum #JennaDewan Page Six is your source for celebrity news, gossip, entertainment, pop culture, photos, video and more.
