وصلت لطريقة بتطلع الرز مظبوط و مفلفل كل مرة مهما كانت كميته. الوصفة شغالة مع كل الأكلات كل اللي بنحتاج نعمله اننا نقرر هنستخدم انهي مادة دهنية. زي مثلاً سمنة أو زبدة مع الأكل المصري أو زيت زيتون مع الأكل الأوروبي أو من غير مادة دهنية خالص مع الأكل الآسيويّ. حتى لو هنعمل رز بالشعرية هنحسب الشعرية اكنها جزأ من كمية الرز و نحمصها في المادة الدهنية لحد ما لونها يبقى دهبي و هيطلع مظبوط نفس الظابطة. أعملوا تاج لحد أستاذ في الرز أو حد بيبوظه و مش لازم نوضح هم أنهي فيهم This is my foolproof method for cooking perfectly seasoned fluffy rice every single time.
